Simply add ingredients to the unit's crockery casserole, insert it in the cooker, set the timer, and choose from three heat settings --- Low, High or Warm, This maintains a perfect serving temperature without overcooking. The unit will also switch to a keep-warm mode automatically once the timed cooking session has ended. The slow cooker's dome-shaped tempered glass lid holds in the heat, allowing condensation to drip back inside, and it also allows a view to check on meals at a glance.
